This Davenport/Haines City community is currently in the process of being built so not much more information will be available until April 2021. The community will have several pond view homes as well as a community pool to the rear. At the moment just under 300 lots have been numbered but there is defiantly plenty of space for more. In the distance there also appears to be more development but I'm unsure if that's going to be part of this subdivision. Be sure to keep an eye on my website for future updates!
The reason this community caught my eye is largely due to its location. It's just off 17-92 right outside the historic area of Davenport which is another area I believe is growing locally. This community will likely be ideal for long-term rentals and homesteads. My office is right across the street so if you need any assistance be sure to contact me!
